Refund policy

RETURN

We support the refund/ exchange service within 30 days from the date of the delivery. If you have purchased an item on our website and you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to return an item?

Step 1:  Please email us to request a refund at support@shopcureme.com, and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days. The content of the email needs to include your order number and reason for return. 

To complete your return, we require a RECEIPT or PROOF of PURCHASE.

Step 2:   Please mail back your item(s) to this address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with support@shopcureme.com will not be accepted.

Please do NOT send your purchase back to the MANUFACTURER.

We also recommend that you ship your return package with a carrier that can provide a tracking number and insurance.

Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the refund will be reflected in the original payment account or credit card, depending on the bank.

All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless there is a quality issue.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items.

Conditions

All items must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and contain all their parts with their original tags/package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where is my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product and where it meets our return policy requirements, we will refund the original amount.

A refund will be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card in 10 business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal/bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shopcureme.com.

Two certain conditions where NO REFUNDS are granted

Condition 1: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after signing.

Condition 2: The returned item is missing as the customer uses the shipping service without a tracking number.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED for free. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@shopcureme.com for a detailed RETURN PROCESS

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, which will affect your refund or exchange.

3. Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready to order, click the 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' located in your shopping cart.

4. Fill necessary information

Enter your contact information and shipping address and then click 'Continue to shipping'.

5. Choose the method of delivery

Select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.And then click 'Continue to payment'.

6. Choose your payment option

Add your billing address if it differs from the selected delivery address
